Krista Wolff 01/12/2009 Visual Language

Whenever I doodle, or draw my name I always lean towards the same designs. Although I really enjoy free form objects and drawing, I really tend to do a lot with lines and dots. There are often little accents and bursts of color, nothing too dramatic but also never boring. The following are a few images that I pulled from a sketchbook I have had for a few years now. It holds sketches of projects from my freshmen year of college, also it contains little doodles done by myself and my friends. We tend to pull out my sketchbook whenever we are sitting at my apartment with nothing to do. Impromptu games of pictionary have come up, along with attempts at graffiti and whatever else we can think of. The following images are just the tip of the iceberg that is my sketchbook.
