Above are a couple examples of some experimentation I've done in glass. The first image are examples of stretching and twisting, and the second is an example of one way I have played with embellishing a simple round bead. Also I have included a version my color palette, I will be using both pastel and transparent glass, but white will be the main color of my piece. I will use marbling effects and layering also.
Last I uploaded two sketches of how I would like to display the piece, hanging on a decorative cord. I want to pay much attention to how the beads relate to one another in the series, and how they will rest against each other.
