My idea has progressed from being exact images of sea creatures to the suggestion of sea life. I have chose suggestive shapes and forms that will hint on the idea of shells, reefs, and baricals but have a very abstract quality to them. I have thought a lot about the finished composition as well and how the final peice of work will be displayed. I want all seven beads to work cohesively together in a necklace form with chain mail links between the beads to be suggestive of fishing equipment such as shark protection and chains. Each bead will be different but will all have a common color theme running through them which is teal blue, clear, and black. These colors work well to display a modern interpetation of an underwater world.
